These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Strahler platform — AI agents for geospatial intelligence — operated by Strahler ("Strahler", "we", "us") and available at strahler.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Strahler lets you describe geospatial workflows in plain English and have an AI agent plan and execute them, producing maps, data, and reports. The Service is currently in beta: features may change, be limited, or be discontinued, and it is provided without any uptime or availability commitment.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You sign in with Google, and you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; resell or misrepresent the Service; or upload content or use data in violation of any applicable law or any third-party rights, license, or data-source terms.
You retain ownership of the prompts and files you provide and the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any data you upload or instruct the agent to fetch, and for complying with the licenses of third-party data sources and integrations.
Access may include free seed credit for evaluation. Credits, pricing, limits, and beta access may change at any time. Beta features are provided on an as-available basis.
The Service uses AI models and automated geoprocessing. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and do not constitute professional, engineering, legal, or scientific advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating results before relying on them.
The Service integrates third-party data sources, models, and APIs. Your use of those is also subject to their respective terms and licenses. Use of Google APIs is subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service, and our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Strahler and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the right to use it as permitted here.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strahler will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
